The Tecla Application is available on both Android and iOS devices to accompany its features and give users more ways to connect to their smart devices.

With the app, users can manage their tecla-e hardware and control all devices in one place.

The app is an additional service that gives users the freedom to be creative with their smart home devices. Users now have the option to activate commands through the tecla-e itself or through buttons on the app.

After users create a Tecla account and paired their devices, they are now ready to create a customized remote, share the location of tecla-e through monitoring, and integrate Logitech Harmony, Amazon Alexa, and IFTTT (If This Then That) to control other devices like WiFi lights, smart thermostats, etc.

Every new tecla-e comes with our industry's best warranty and loyalty program. Once your tecla-e is registered, we provide each original retail purchaser a warranty against defects in materials and software, being stated as the following:

28 Days for Return

Returns for any product in original packaging, including all accessories which come with the item, is permitted within 28 days from the date of outbound shipping notice. A restocking fee of 8% applies to returned items.All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number to be processed. Items that are sent back to us without a Return Authorization cannot be processed.Komodo OpenLab reserves the right to deny returns on items that have new version releases.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Komodo OpenLab is not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned.All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. This includes cables, manuals and fasteners.All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched, burnt, or otherwise “played with” merchandise will incur repair and/or replacement charges.

1 Year Warranty

Komodo OpenLab warrants that its products conform to specifications. This warranty lasts for one year from the date of sale. If our products fail to conform to the warranty set forth above, Komodo OpenLab's sole liability shall be to replace the product. Only the original manufacturer warranties apply for products not manufactured by Komodo OpenLab.
